About Cinema Politica Stockholm
Vi är stolta att presentera Cinema Politica Stockholm, en del av det internationella Cinema Politica nätverket. Vi organisera gratis biovisningar av oberoende politiska filmer för studenter på Stockholms universitet samt för allmänheten i stort. Vår organisation ämnar uppfylla de visioner nätverket står för, genom att inspirera människor med alternativ media och skapa demokratiska plattformar för diskussioner och åsikter.
Cinema Politica Stockholm innebär en ny samlingsplats för lokal alternativ media; lokala filmskapare kan få unika möjligheter att presentera sina alster till en bred publik. Vi strävar efter att ge stöd åt alla former av politisk media som vill lyfta fram de marginaliserade, dolda och ohörda. Cinema Politica Stockholm kommer utvecklas till att bli en av de studentföreningar som ger ökad inspiration och utbildning på Stockholms Universitet.
We are proud to present Cinema Politica Stockholm, a part of the international Cinema Politica network. We organize free screenings of independent political films to the student body of Stockholm University as well as the greater Stockholm community. Our organisation aims to meet the goals of the network by inspiring the local student community through alternative media, and by providing an accessible space for democratic discussion and expression.
We also provide the means for presenting local alternative media, providing local filmmakers with an opportunity to showcase their work to a wide variety of audiences. We are committed to supporting all forms of political media that seek to tell the stories of the marginalized, concealed and unheard. Cinema Politica Stockholm will evolve to become one of the many student organizations at Stockholm University that will help to inspire and educate.
