Cinema Politica Windsor holds twice-monthly screenings of documentary films which engage issues in social justice such as: the environment, health, politics, bigotry, class, gender and sexuality, indigenous rights, and power relations. Where possible, film makers will be on hand for discussion.Cinema Politica Windsor is committed to raising awareness, inspiring activism and promoting independent media and political arts.Films are screened free of charge (donations accepted) on Thursdays at 7pm.The winter season began January 28th with a screening of Aristide And The Endless Revolution on the University of Windsor Campus.Open to students, faculty, staff, and the general public at no charge.For more information or to sign up for our newsletter!
