Le film suit le parcours de Mariette, qui est pass\u00e9e du statut de femme au foyer \u00e0 celui de l&rsquo;une des 100 personnes les plus influentes du monde minier. Elle croit que Dieu s&rsquo;est d\u00e9sint\u00e9ress\u00e9 de l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 et qu&rsquo;il est de son devoir de r\u00e9tablir le sens de la justice dans le monde.
