{"id":39273,"date":"2023-02-24T16:10:50","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T21:10:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cinemapolitica.org\/?post_type=film&#038;p=39273"},"modified":"2023-02-24T16:35:32","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T21:35:32","slug":"love-in-the-time-of-fentanyl","status":"publish","type":"film","link":"https:\/\/www.cinemapolitica.org\/fr\/film\/love-in-the-time-of-fentanyl\/","title":{"rendered":"Love in the Time of Fentanyl"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Situ\u00e9 dans le quartier du Downtown Eastside de Vancouver, LOVE IN THE TIME OF FENTANYL est un regard intime et observateur qui va au-del\u00e0 de la stigmatisation des utilisateurs de drogues injectables, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant le courage de ceux qui font face \u00e0 une terrible trag\u00e9die dans un quartier souvent d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme le point z\u00e9ro de la crise des surdoses.<\/p>\n\n<p>Alors que le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s par overdose \u00e0 Vancouver atteint un niveau record, l&rsquo;Overdose Prevention Society (OPS) ouvre ses portes &#8211; un site d&rsquo;injection s\u00e9curitaire ren\u00e9gat qui emploie principalement des utilisateurs de drogues anciens ou actuels, son personnel et ses b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sauvent des vies et donnent de l&rsquo;espoir \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment marginalis\u00e9e alors que la crise des overdoses fait rage. Le film suit Sarah, une activiste qui a ouvert l&rsquo;OPS sans l&rsquo;approbation du gouvernement, alors qu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;efforce de sensibiliser \u00e0 la crise ; Trey, un artiste graffiti et ancien consommateur d&rsquo;h\u00e9ro\u00efne qui passe ses journ\u00e9es \u00e0 inverser les overdoses et \u00e0 comm\u00e9morer les membres perdus de la communaut\u00e9 ; Ronnie, un travailleur de premi\u00e8re ligne chevronn\u00e9 surnomm\u00e9 Narcan Jesus, qui lutte contre l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement d\u00fb aux exigences de son travail et aux nombreuses pertes dont il a \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moin ; Norma, une a\u00een\u00e9e autochtone tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e de la communaut\u00e9, qui pr\u00e9pare des repas pour le personnel quand elle n&rsquo;administre pas du Naloxone ; et Dana, un consommateur actif de fentanyl qui sauve constamment des vies au travail tout en luttant contre sa propre consommation de drogue.<\/p>\n\n<p>Alors que leurs proches meurent en nombre sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, le personnel de l&rsquo;OPS fait tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut pour garder les portes ouvertes et trouver des moyens radicalement nouveaux de surmonter la crise d\u00e9vastatrice et largement ignor\u00e9e qui ravage leur communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":53526,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_oasis_is_in_workflow":0,"_oasis_original":0,"ep_exclude_from_search":false,"footnotes":""},"languages":[2094],"countries":[742,1443],"film_categories":[],"master_copies":[],"pricing_grid":[],"press_types":[1191,1303,2134,2081],"class_list":["post-39273","film","type-film","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","languages-anglais","countries-ca-fr","countries-united-states-fr","press_types-critique","press_types-entrevue","press_types-interview-fr","press_types-review-fr-2"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
