La r\u00e9alisatrice Anam Abbas suit les organisatrices de la marche dans leur n\u00e9gociation d&rsquo;un espace profond\u00e9ment surveill\u00e9, g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de parano\u00efa et souvent physiquement violent, dans l&rsquo;espoir de d\u00e9clencher une r\u00e9volution. \u0152uvre philosophique, <em>This Stained Dawn<\/em> ne traite pas seulement de la marche d&rsquo;Aurat, mais de l&rsquo;acte d&rsquo;organisation politique lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relatant la pr\u00e9paration de la marche des femmes (Aurat March) qui a eu lieu dans plusieurs villes du Pakistan, <em>This Stained Dawn<\/em> raconte l&rsquo;histoire d&rsquo;un mouvement f\u00e9ministe qui s&rsquo;affirme dans les espaces urbains du pays, \u00e0 travers les yeux des organisateurs de la marche. Quelques semaines avant le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, 10 000 manifestants se sont rassembl\u00e9s \u00e0 Karachi. La r\u00e9alisatrice Anam Abbas suit les organisateurs de la marche dans leur n\u00e9gociation d&rsquo;un espace profond\u00e9ment surveill\u00e9, g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de parano\u00efa et souvent physiquement violent, dans l&rsquo;espoir de d\u00e9clencher une r\u00e9volution. L&rsquo;approche du film est, comme il se doit, polyphonique. Des s\u00e9quences d&rsquo;observation de la planification et de l&rsquo;orchestration de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement se m\u00ealent \u00e0 des animations et des archives, retra\u00e7ant l&rsquo;histoire de la r\u00e9pression par l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de la r\u00e9sistance des femmes au Pakistan et mettant en lumi\u00e8re l&rsquo;urgence de la lutte actuelle, o\u00f9 \u00ab\u00a0mon corps, mon choix\u00a0\u00bb devient un slogan controvers\u00e9 qui retient l&rsquo;imagination du pays dans son emprise.
