Pour Reyhaneh, il s&rsquo;agit de choisir entre sa vie et ses valeurs. <br\/> <br\/>La vie de Reyhaneh Jabbari a \u00e9t\u00e9 boulevers\u00e9e \u00e0 jamais lorsque l&rsquo;homme avec lequel elle pensait avoir un rendez-vous d&rsquo;affaires a ferm\u00e9 la porte \u00e0 cl\u00e9 et menac\u00e9 de la violer. Prenant un couteau sur la table, Reyhaneh l&rsquo;a poignard\u00e9 et s&rsquo;est enfuie. Apr\u00e8s que l&rsquo;homme a succomb\u00e9 \u00e0 ses blessures, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9e de meurtre. \u00c0 l&rsquo;issue d&rsquo;un proc\u00e8s manifestement in\u00e9quitable &#8211; le juge a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que Reyhaneh aurait d\u00fb se laisser violer et porter plainte par la suite -, elle est condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0vengeance du sang\u00a0\u00bb. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une condamnation \u00e0 mort, qui permet \u00e0 la famille de la victime de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cuter ou de lui pardonner. <br\/> <br\/>Ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi est racont\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 la fois \u00e9motionnelle et pleine de suspense. Sa m\u00e8re, son p\u00e8re et ses s\u0153urs livrent des t\u00e9moignages saisissants et ont document\u00e9 leur lutte pour l&rsquo;annulation de la condamnation \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de vid\u00e9os enregistr\u00e9es secr\u00e8tement.
