Leur occupation de 39 jours, men\u00e9e par Louie Cameron et l&rsquo;Ojibway Warriors Society, allait devenir l&rsquo;un des moments les plus marquants et les plus mal compris du mouvement Red Power. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans Ni-Naadamaadiz : Red Power Rising, le r\u00e9alisateur Shane Belcourt revisite cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement marquant \u00e0 travers des images d&rsquo;archives rares, des lettres personnelles et des interviews r\u00e9cemment enregistr\u00e9es qui relient les luttes pass\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance autochtone actuelle. Au c\u0153ur de ce film \u00e9mouvant se trouve Tyler Cameron, qui retrace l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage de son p\u00e8re Louie, confront\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la fiert\u00e9 et \u00e0 la douleur d&rsquo;un mouvement qui cherchait \u00e0 retrouver sa dignit\u00e9 face \u00e0 l&rsquo;effacement. <\/p>\n\n<p>M\u00ealant histoire, m\u00e9moire et exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue, Ni-Naadamaadiz : Red Power Rising est \u00e0 la fois intime et politique.
