Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures et \u00e0 son association \u00e0 but non lucratif Touching Base, Rachel d\u00e9fend les droits des travailleurs du sexe tout en sensibilisant le public et en favorisant l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;expression sexuelle pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es par le biais du travail du sexe \u2014 et elle rassemble ainsi ces deux groupes souvent marginalis\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p>Nous la suivons alors qu\u2019elle anime des ateliers sur le sexe et le handicap, qu\u2019elle intervient au Congr\u00e8s mondial sur la sant\u00e9 sexuelle pour parler de sa mission, et que nous observons ses nuit\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de clients gravement handicap\u00e9s qui s\u2019\u00e9panouissent sous son attention \u2014 un homme ayant m\u00eame retrouv\u00e9 des mouvements et des sensations perdus gr\u00e2ce au temps pass\u00e9 avec elle.
