BEST : CHAMPIONNE DES DROITS DE L&rsquo;HOMME<\/a> (2017), une s\u00e9rie de courtes vignettes sur la journaliste, auteure et militante des droits de l&rsquo;homme Carrie Mae Best ; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cinemapolitica.org\/film\/thomas-peters-man-of-the-people\/\">THOMAS PETERS : HOMME DU PEUPLE<\/a> (2016), qui explore les contributions du chef loyaliste noir Thomas Peters par le biais d&rsquo;une narration en voix off \u00e0 partir de sources primaires et de reconstitutions historiques ; et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cinemapolitica.org\/film\/portia-white-think-on-me\/\">PORTIA WHITE : THINK ON ME<\/a> (2000), un portrait r\u00e9aliste de la chanteuse canadienne de contralto Portia White, qui a connu un succ\u00e8s in\u00e9gal\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1940 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que sa carri\u00e8re s&rsquo;essouffle. Isacsson \u00e9tait une figure centrale de la communaut\u00e9 cin\u00e9matographique canadienne, et plus particuli\u00e8rement montr\u00e9alaise, qui a constamment encadr\u00e9 des cin\u00e9astes plus jeunes et moins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;art, l&rsquo;artisanat et la politique du documentaire socialement engag\u00e9.
