Vote for the 2015 Audience Choice Award!

network on Wednesday, April 06, 2016

Check out the list and vote for your favourite CP film from among the top docs that screened in the CP network during 2015!
We are pleased to announce that the winner of the 2009 Cinema Politica Audience Choice Award is American Radical: The Trials of Norman Finkelstein. This time around we had an overwhelming response from Cinema Politica voters, with thousands casting their ballots - thanks to all who participated. H2Oil came in at second place while Taking Root: The Vision of Wangari Maathai rounded out third place. American Radical is one of our favourite films and we are delighted to see that our audiences agree! We will be giving out the award to the film's directors, Nicolas Rossier and David Ridgen this summer, and next month we will randomly choose our three lucky prize winners among those who voted. Thanks again to all who participated, despite the process occuring a little late in the year this time, and if you haven't watched American Radical yet, find out where it's screening and go see it (and our two runners-up films are pretty damn good too).
