Join us as we screen "The End of Surburbia" March 24th 2010. This film deals with questions about peak oil and sustainable living VS the modern surburb. Joining us will members of CAUSS in order to offer a very local point of view on the question as the subject of the film hits very close to home.Doors open at 6:30pm, film at 7pm and as always, door prizes for our audience.
And a special announcement as we will screen our first people's choice "The Corporation" on April 29th and world famous author JOEL BAKAN WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE to answer your questions. This is a unique opportunity to meet the man behind the book which inspired this awesome movie. As I write this there is also a chance that film director MARK ACHBAR might show up as well. Make sure to RSVP so we can get the appropriate venue size. Contact us at fraservalley AT cinemapolitica DOT org.
