Labrador City Cinema Politica
Hello everyone and welcome! CP-Labrador City started up in the summer of 2008.
We hope to bring youth, parents and the general Labrador City community together to an alternative film series that seeks to provoke discussion and debate on current issues focusing on social and environmental justice.
It is open to all community members at no cost. Following screenings there will be discussion moderated by a host. Screenings will take place at the Youth Center every Tuesday at 6pm. All kinds of people are welcome to come out! Donations are welcome and all proceeds will go to the Cinema Politica Network.
Be sure to look for posters and announcements. Bring your friends, but most importantly, bring yourself!
