Cinema Politica St. John's offers film screenings to the St. John’s, Newfoundland, community that address topics and spark discussion about important social issues. By giving all community members the opportunity to view provocative films about contentious social issues our aim is to have the community contemplate these issues in a critical and reflective way.  Cinema Politica St. John's is committed to ensuring a safe and accepting forum where all people can express their views and exchange ideas.  Donations are encouraged (to help cover the cost of public screening rights) but not mandatory; no one will be turned away!
