For the third year, Cinema Politica is partnering with Queer Cinema for Palestine (QCP) to curate a program of solidarity-building, intersectional films. QCP is looking for new short films about Palestinians, with curatorial priority given to (especially queer-ish) Palestinian and other Indigenous, including Black Indigenous, artists/voices/stories, works by SWANA (Southwest Asia North Africa) filmmakers and queer Palestine solidarity voices/stories.
Deadline to Submit: 28 February 2026.
This year, QCP will curate a single program of 5-7 stellar new short films, to be presented by groups/partners in cities globally during Pride Month (June 2026). Each filmmaker will be paid a flat fee. To submit or learn more, click here.
